How do we make our fund-raisers COST FREE, RISK FREE AND EASY. 

We start with making our own hand crafted crucifixes.  Sawtooth Ministries manufactures its own crucifixes in Boise Idaho.  We utilize only the highest grade of oak, walnut and cherry wood and make over 50 different styles of crucifixes.   All wood crosses are hand made and our corpuses are also cast in Boise Idaho.

The corpus is cast using lead-free pewter and shined to a silk pewter finish. 

We purchase sterling silver pendants from several casters and importers in the US.  Some of the sterling silver pendants are cast in Italy while others are cast by US companies.

Rosaries are hand crafted in Italy and imported to the US through several Catholic importers.  We strive to provide a wide variety of rosaries with different styles of bead, centers and crucifixes.

This Is How The Fund-raiser Works!!!

1.  No Deposit is required, and you don't purchase any product.  All items are sent to you on consignment.  You keep 40% of the sale proceeds.  We will ship to you sufficient merchandise to give you a good variety of items, but not so many that you will not be able to sell all of the items.

2.  You hold your fund-raiser when you want to.  We suggest that the fund-raiser be held over several weekends to allow time for parishioners to know what you are doing.  Some parishes do the fund-raiser through out the Advent or Lent seasons.  Other will do the fund-raiser in late summer and early fall.

3. All items in the fund-raiser come priced.  The crucifixes are in individual boxes, the rosaries and jewelry are in velvet bags with price tags attached.  Prices for crucifixes range from $15.00 to $28.00.  Rosaries range from $11.00 to $30.00.  Jewelry ranges from $11.00 to $25.00.

4.  After you have completed the fund-raiser, you return any unsold merchandise to us.  At that time you send us a check for the 60% of the sale proceeds.  Inventory sheets are included with the fund-raiser merchandise for keeping track of items sold during the fund-raiser.  We ask that you return any unsold items within 1 week following the fund-raiser.

5.  If you need additional merchandise because of special orders or you have run out of merchandise for the next week, just call us on Monday morning and we will ship to you additional items.

It's really that easy.

Since there isn't a deposit or shipping cost required of your group this is a Risk-Free fund-raiser.
